How long should I expect shipping to take? 

All of my work is handmade in my studio and may take up to 14 days to be shipped. I do work hard to get my pieces out in a timely manner and I usually get work out within 5 business days.  If there is something that you need in a rush please feel free to contact me and i will be happy to help you out.  

What is your return Policy?

If you purchase a piece and decide that you are not satisfied i will happily exchange it for something else within 60 days.  I am unable to do refunds.

Do you take custom orders?

I do take custom orders on a case by case basis. If you have an idea in mind please feel free to email me and we can discuss your project in more detail. 

I lost an earring! Can it be replaced?

I’ve been there, and I am happy to help! Mail me back the one you have and I will replace it at half the cost of the original set. Please take care to package your item in a rigid or padded envelope, any damage that occurs during shipping will be an added cost for repairs.

How should I clean my jewelry?

Sterling silver and brass jewelry naturally tarnish over time and can be cleaned easily at home. I like to clean my jewelry with an old toothbrush and gentle non-abrasive soap. If you would like to send in your piece to be cleaned by me, you only need to cover the cost of shipping.
